Return Policy

Important Tips

Please keep your original packing box for any e-bike or bike at least 30 days after delivery for any potential return, otherwise, we may charge you $50-90 for re-sending you new packing box(s) from us.

Please note that information regarding the expected range on a single charge on one of our e-bikes is an estimate, not a guarantee. There are many factors that contribute to actual, real-world range for an e-bike battery, such as age of the battery, temperature, level of help, speed, payload, and terrain. Given the right conditions, it is possible to get less than the expected minimum range or greater than the expected maximum range.

No returns after 30 days of receiving;

To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it;

Box must be sealed and unopened;

Customer pays shipping both ways (we withhold Original shipping cost from refund);

Subject to up to a 25% restocking fee (we withhold this from refund);

E-bikes/Bikes/Vehicles/Equipment that have been registered in the Buyer's Name officially CANNOT be returned;

Gears/Replacements/Parts Orders

No returns after 30 days of receiving;

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it;

Subject to a 25% restocking fee (we withheld this from refund);

Customer pays shipping both ways (we withheld Original shipping cost from refund);

Used items

No returns, except in EXTREME cases of Breakage/Malfunction (confirmed by the USA Outdoor Sports).

Damaged Items

If the Product arrived damaged, please, send any pictures or videos to help@rainerandrainer.com immediately(Any delay of Damaged Products Report over 3 days after delivery may increase the rejection rate from carriers). Once it is confirmed by us, we will accept returns for a full refund only under the Return Procedures below. Your sole remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. 

Return Procedures

We accept returns within 30 days after the Product Delivery Date.

1) Before we send a return, the customer must have Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of us a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.

2) If we have approved your return, please contact us at help@rainerandrainer.com to get return shipping address accordingly. 

3) The purchaser carries full responsibility for the return shipment, including possible shipping damages and lost shipments.

Please thoroughly photograph and document the packaging prior to returning any item.

We recommend sufficiently insuring any return shipment for loss or damages.

If you are shipping an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item within the time frame confirmed by carrier.

We accept most cryptocurrencies. For official conversion rate, please check with customer service before making an online purchase.
